Before my current job, I was a Ph.D. student dabbling with software optimizations for multimedia software targetting embedded systems.
While I am passionate about programming and computers, my background is actually in electrical engineering.
My interests include (in no particular order): traveling, software engineering, modern philosophy, functional programming, linux, swimming, fantasy, reading and watching movies.
